Utensils:LARGE SKILLET, JUMBO SKILLET or ELECTRIC SKILLET
Preheat skillet to medium high heat or 425 degrees for electric skillet. Brown meat on both sides. Add barbecue sauce until ribs are 1/2 covered. Reduce heat to medium until bubbling around rim starts or valve whistles. Reduce to simmer and cook for 1 hour. Allow more time for very thick or pork ribs.
